"You will not get deposit back"

Awful quality, to be honest I cannot be bothered to write a review on this, the bike was poor quality, they are unresponsive whenever it suits them, you won't get your deposit back.

"Be careful"

Be careful, Caution... Caution...

They delivered to used bike without any service, less mileage of battery capacity when i complain in the company , after 20 days the service person come and Replace the battery, meanwhile i requested to comapny after one month you collect my bike from my location, another next day they collect my bike and they charged 6 months rent and deposit, when i request to staff people for little bit amount of deduction, they denied and worn to me for court procedure. So be careful new guys.

"fantastic idea executed very well"

Getting back into Cycling after years of not doing anything active was a bit daunting at first, and having access to something such as an e-bike hire company was something that hadn't been an option when I tried the first time.

I had my Hurrecane E-bike (the F200 model) delivered relatively quickly considering how far away from the nearest hub I am - them delivering it must have taken a whole day out of the schedule which isn't easy to schedule. a very kind engineer went through everything with me regarding the operation of the bike and some routine maintainance/checks etc

The monthly price is absolutely fantastic for all the help and support you get from the team on top of a fantastic bit of kit. If buying one outright isn't an option, this is definitely the best route to getting into e-biking.

"Amazing company"

The bike was originally delivered very fast and in great condition. The delivery man was very polite and informative. Over the time that I have had the bike the customer service have been impeccable and they have always done their utmost to help. The people I have communicated with have always been very polite and their responses have been very fast. Great service all round

"Scammers: kept deposit for a broken spoke."

I am yet another customer who has been scammed by refusal to return the deposit. Bike had a broken spoke, which I reported soon after receiving it, but it was not repaired on several mechanic visits for other repairs and service. On returning the bike they have kept £40 of my deposit to "rebuild the wheel", even though their terms say they only charge for misuse and accidents, neither of which applied in this case. Initially kept nearly £90 to fix "damaged parts" but fortunately I had photos to prove they were not damaged when I handed the bike back to them. It's a shame because I enjoyed using the bike, had recommended them to several clients, and would probably have hired another one next spring but now I will never do business ever again with them. When you see a pattern of customers reporting the same problems you know there is an issue. Avoid this company.

"Hi Dave​' Broken spokes are treated as damage, which involves a labour cost to repair. This is not covered by wear and tear. Regards, John"
So yes, you have charged me £40 for a broken spoke.

The broken spoke was reported to you one month after I received the bike (I have email proof of this) and despite three visits by your "mechanics" to fix other faults, they failed to repair the spoke, which subsequently caused more spokes to fail.

Had I known you were going to charge for a broken spoke I would have fixed it myself for free, but every cyclist knows that spokes break in normal use and are not a sign of misuse or accident. The bike has only be used on road and bridleways and has not been abused. And in any case, it is likely the bike was delivered to me with the spoke already broken, along with the other faults (front and rear brakes, gear change, chain rubbing on tyre, substandard (your words) saddle bolt which snapped whilst I was riding causing injury, et al.

You also failed to mention that you initially charged me for damage to the bike and missing items, but backed down when I gave you photographic evidence that the damage occurred AFTER you had collected the bike from me.

As for "going above and beyond"; I'm not sure how three visits from your mechanics, all of whom failed to fix the broken spoke you had been informed of, is going above anything.

As for denying multiple reports of deposit withholding, maybe you have not looked at your Trust Pilot or Google reviews recently?

Avoid this company. If you are already with them, get photographic evidence of the condition of the bike before you return it as even if the collection driver says it looks good, they will try and charge you for fictitious damage when they get the bike back.

Worst customer service they will take your deposit
Will torture you mentally and threaten with court cases
Dont ever take bike from them they don't provide any kind service
Bikes are of poor quality all the screws will lose out with in 2 weeks and they will make you pay for their faults
Very rude behavior
No support
Especially student i repeat student don't ever take their bikes on rent
They will not provide you with any support and their service is very pathetic always try to threaten you with court cases i have never seen a company like this
Don't ever rent from them

After posting a review here on trust poilet They sent me email stating that we have read your online review and will take you court now and i have paid all the amount
Deposit rent insurance and admin excess fee and after cancelling their service because of their rude behavior and threatening me with court cases which lead me in to mental depression and now iam seeking professional medical service They are still charging me with rent including insurance
I request people never take their service and i will soon post on reddit which will include all their mental torture to me
Its not been a month since i rented a bike from them i hope other will not face a situation like me

"Best service ever!"

I’ve never experienced customer service as exceptional and attentive as I did with this company. I live in Brighton, and after my e-bike of three years was stolen (classic Brighton!), I was in a bit of a bind. My new bike was on order, but I desperately needed a temporary runaround. That’s when I discovered Hurricane. From the start, their response to my inquiries was prompt, and their prices are incredibly fair, with discounts available for NHS staff. They even delivered the bike directly to my home at a time that worked for me.

The bike arrived in pristine, brand-new condition, fully equipped and ready to ride. When it came time to arrange pickup, the process was just as smooth and hassle-free. I can’t thank these guys enough for offering such an outstanding service and quality bike. I’ve since received my deposit back, and looking back, I really regret ordering my previous bike before finding them—this experience has been a true pleasure.

I treated the bike with the utmost care, of course, and genuinely loved the whole experience. If you're considering renting or purchasing from these guys, don’t hesitate for a second. They are absolutely brilliant!

"DEL IS A LEGEND "

HONEST REVIEW
I’ve had a little problem getting the delivery first it took little longer than usual but finally I get my bike and a couple of days in I encounter an problem and yesterday midnight I leave an enquiry,early morning I get a call from DEL and before I know the guys at my door and within couple of minutes his genius ass gets to the problem. Very satisfying customer satisfaction the guys a star.

"Worst experience and never recommend this company "

I ordered a Hurricane eBike 6 months ago and recently returned it in excellent condition, barely used. When I returned it, they inspected it and confirmed everything was fine. However, a few minutes after taking the bike, they deducted £200 from my account without any consent or explanation. I've been trying to contact them ever since, but they won't respond to my emails or answer my calls. On top of that, they still haven’t refunded my security deposit. This has been the worst experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
