"Fantastic Help and Kindness"

I have been really struggling to find private healthcare for a good friend who has cancer and other health issues. I spoke with Joe at Lottie who was kind and so helpful. He has given me a referral who I’m now communicating with & looks promising. Lottie is the 1st organization I have come across who have been willing to understand and help. In addition Joe has sent me options available (which local Dr and District Nurse have not shared!) and ongoing support. During this really hard time we are having, Lottie have been a real saviour. Thank you.
