I am at the start of a Senior care journey for my elderly parents. Contacted Lottie and was able to have a call back the same day. Katy Jones was amazing - kind, understanding, helpful and warm. She sent me an incredibly comprehensive email with links and attachments for help and support in my parents' area. Follow up email 3 days after our initial call to check how I was getting on was much appreciated.

I have to decide on my brothers care home, all things going through my mind like which one can meet his needs so many to go through which was stressful.
Eva mad it easier by drawing up a list based on what I felt my brother needed.
