"Refund never funded...."
We placed an order with Toolots but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and company charged our credit card but never refunded my money. This is not acceptable.
Called many times and they gave us the run around with promises that they will refund our money but never did.
Really unacceptable.

I have no order confirmation email. My account won’t let me log in. I asked for a password reset and no email was sent. Actually worried it’s an internet scam.
Update: So I got an email saying it was shipped FedEx with a tracking number. Then two days later I got an email saying update now shipped via UPS. UPS has shown the package as label created but no other updates. I will give them another couple of days.

10 days passed after placing my order that to this day has never even been confirmed. Three days ago I sent a message to toolots.com asking about the status of my order. No response at all. I am ready to take steps to recover my payment, which is not small. I regret placing order with this seller and I lost my trust entirely.

"Happy but disappointed...."
I ordered a car lift on 11/13/23 and never received the original order. I called customer service about 20 times requesting information on the status of the order and never got a straight answer. After getting the run around for almost 4 months I finally got in touch with Andrew who is a warehouse manager. I explained the situation to Andrew and he was very understanding. Andrew did some checking and found out the original shipping Co. was holding the car lift for some unknown reason. So, Andrew found another car lift and shipped it to me. I received the new car lift today 3/19/2024. Andrew did a great job making a bad situation into a great fix.
The original order was a screw up from the beginning.
If it wasn't for Andrew I doubt I would have received the original order.
I give Andrew a 5-star rating.
I give toolots in general a 0 star rating for lack of communication and the run around.

We purchased a 16" x 16" control box from about 1 1/2 weeks back and have not received it yet. Can you tell so there should not be any delays. It was paid for on my VISA including the delivery charges so there should not have been any delays.

Product was to be shipped in 2 days. spent the extra money and still as of today have not received our product

I ordered a metal lathe and stand and never got the stand. I've been in contact with customer service and they was supposed to contact me about the issue but they haven't done after letting me they would the fallowing day. I read reviews like this before my purchase and should have listened to all the negative comments and went somewhere else. It's a real issue this company has. Good luck if you do order here.
3/18/2024 9:50 pm mountain time. No email from Toolots as stated they would in their reply.
This issue has still not been resolved. They say they will email me but I never receive correspondence from them. I am thankful I have saved all the emails and order History and will be taking that information to an attorney in the next few days.
4/10/2024 Still no resolve to this issue. I would strongly recommend not making a purchase with this company.

So, why did I pay $17.94 for Federal Express- ground when you are shipping via USPS.
