Hi when I received the box was small damaged and after I opened it the tools was bend on one side.
Look like the shipping issue

One order came damaged , took over month to get a refund. Second time I ordered item was out of stock have yet to get my refund after more than a month. Had to report it as a fraudulent charge, and in process of contacting my attorney. The customer service people will tell you, if you can get a hold of one is, we'll get back to you , or we can not transfer you to anyone at the actual company.

Buyer beware of big ticket purchases. Items that do ship correctly are first class.
Multiple submissions to info*toolots.com yielded zero Reponses.
Again and again they'll request info to their site, but they still never reply.
