"Give Second Thought if Doing Business with Toolots!"
I received my order 100294230 on March 18, 2024. Immediately notified TOOLOTS customer service & sales representatives of the missing stand for the metalworking lathe. I was told their warehouse team was looking into the missing stand. No one followed up and upon my own follow up I was left on hold and actually hung up on numerous times. I still today find it unbelievable anyone would do business this way. It has been over two weeks and they will not return email, phone messages or even provide names of management. So, Isuppose Iwill ask the credit card company to dispute charges, contact Riverside County California’s Attorney General’s Office, 5th District Supervisor’s Office and the Riverside County Consumer Affairs Office and file complaints. Since I am retired and have the time, I think I will make a site visit as well. I cannot recommend doing any business whatsoever with TOOLOTS. To this day they just hang up when I call. All necessary evidence of the lathe parts included with screenshots.

3 guys lose a day's pay, and my company is set back until I get this product.
i will not be referring your company.
this is the second time i had delivery issues.
last time I was set back 4 weeks.

If anyone wondering about the way these people do business go look at their reviews on the BBB website, they don’t even have 2 stars and there isn’t even one single good review!!

"20% restocking fee for something they could have avoided …"
I placed an order (Saturday) March 30th and requested a cancellation by email on the same day. I tried to get a hold of the sales department many times all day Monday to personally speak with a representative to cancel the order and couldn’t get through to anyone. I got an email on Wednesday April 3rd stating the item had been shipped, I called toolots again and finally spoke with someone, I explained to them what had happened and they basically said “too bad, we don’t work on weekends”. Now they’re requesting a 20% restocking fee to return the item, I’m extremely unsatisfied with this transaction and frustrated I have to pay for something they could have avoided from the beginning, I’ll never buy anything from them again, I do not recommend them at all, spend your money somewhere else.
Response to toolots: Of course you're not going to see it, I just got off the phone with one of your representatives and she told me the email address on your website is no longer in service.

5-7-2024So, called my bank. They are refunding my money, turning them into the "Authorities", notifying the associated banking officials. JUST DO DO IT!! Dont do business with TOOLOTS unless u want LESS!
Last update: 5-3-2024 So did you expect this place to do the right thing? Hell no, not even. I sent multiple e-mails to cancel order & REFUND MY MONEY, called & left multiple messages... So I guess the got my messages because I never got a thing from them! I mean nothing- No call, no replies and guess what NO MONEY! Like I said earlier DON'T WASTE YOU TIME WITH TOOLOTS! SAY HELLO TO MY BANK!
So, here we are ... 4/15/2024 NADA peep!! No replies to the 7+ emails sent,... Almost a month later. I've canceled my order (with 3 e-mails to 3 different "TOOLOTS" addresses. Next is may bank!
My order was under$50, good luck if your considerring spending anymore than that You Have Been WARNED DO NOT TRY TO DO BUSINESS AT TOOLOTS!!!!!
Still no word about my order placed on the 22nd. A response from Toolots stated it took 3-5 days to process an order. Its been 10 calendar days and nothing.... How long does it take?

"I finally received my pla filament and…"
I finally received my pla filament and have had time to test the product. Mutli-level review here. The pla seems to be of good quality. The price was exceptional to say the least which brings me to the other level review. I worked in a service industry for over 40 years and the first rule of customer relations/service is communication. I received my tracking email yesterday.....well after delivery. This caused me a bit of distress early on, to the point of seriously calling my credit card company and have the charge canceled. The prices after my purchased started to feel like maybe I fell for a scam. This is NOT the way to make a customer feel especially on their first purchase. I will consider toollots again most likely but I assure you it will be a hard decision. I will be keeping an eye on reviews in the future to see if others have gotten better communications.
