Shipment was lost. When I called, customer service was horrible. Called again after receiving confirmation from the shipping company that it was lost and they were horrible a second time. This is my second time purchasing from Toolots, and will be my final purchase from them.

I ordered a 6" wood chipper on 8/22/23. The only I reason didn't give it five stars is there weren't any assembly instructions included with it. This a problem Hanmey needs to address This is no reflection on the staff at Toolots. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful. If I should need this type of equipment again I will probably buy here.

Communication of order status is inaccurate. 5 days after receipt of shipments info via email received and transport company has no information on the tracking number provided. When I called your support desk stated the product is still there and to check the following day. I did and still no info.
