received default item I request for refund with in 2Hr on Aug 11th they going to escalate on 14th aug still have not heard any thing from them when i ask to talk with supervisor represent was like he is on lunch break we don't have any one else for you right now

Second order with this company. and second time had to cancel an order. With first order had trouble getting the refund. So this time I just filed a claim with my credit card. They will not do what they say. And will simply hang up on you, if you can even get them on the phone. They are really good at excuses and delays, no real answers or actions though! They do not really understand what the term "customer service" means. Nor shipping or refund for that matter.

I did not bother canceling the order with you all. Since you would not process the refund for a couple of months (as with my other order). I filed a claim with my bank. Oh and once again your "reply" is a pat answer that does nothing and results in nothing. Which is what this whole experience has been worth.

The refer arrived in a damaged shipping box. The rear of the refer was dented quiet severely. I contacted Toolots and they were not helpful.
They asked me to send pictures which I did. Then they asked me to send a video of the problem.
They also stated that it was made by a Chinese company and it would take a few weeks to get a response from them on the warranty.
Inadequate response.
So far the refer seems to be working OK but my concern is the impact the dent may have to the inner workings of the refer.
Even a small discount due to damage would be nice.
I would not recommend buying anything from Toolots.
