Ordered the package to the shop to pick it up, it never arrived at the shop due to the opening times and was send to a Post Office Pick Up point instead. Due to the delayed timeline, I couldn't pick it up anymore as I was already travelling, so it was send back to Blue Tomato. I have attempted to get a refund several times via their customer support (phone and email) and it takes forever for them to process it. Super frustrating experience - Nice products but only buy in person in the shop and don't rely on delivery / refund etc.

"Purchase of snowboard gear"
I had a terrible experience with Blue Tomato and their so-called “express delivery.” I ordered a snowboard and paid extra for express shipping (1-3 days) because we had a scheduled trip to the Alps 13 days after purchase. Before placing the order, I contacted Blue Tomato, and their employees assured me the board would arrive on time.
Despite their promises, the snowboard arrived 15 days after purchase, well past both the expected delivery window and our departure date. When I reached out for assistance and requesting a refund, their customer service was helpful and offered a replacement order straight to our hotel in the Alps and again assured this would arrive before we arrived, however that shipment was also delayed.
This experience was beyond frustrating. Not only did I pay extra for express shipping, but I also relied on their staff’s assurances, which turned out to be completely false. Because of their incompetence, I had to spend over 60 euros on a rental board.
If you need gear on a deadline, do not trust Blue Tomato—their delivery estimates and promises mean nothing. I won’t be ordering from them again.
