"I ordered two backpacks"

I ordered two backpacks. One of them came. I have no information about the second one, no one from the company is communicating. No replies to email, Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram. Just and only automatic responses over and over again.

After many attempts the answer came. Thank you.
Next time I'd rather go directly to the store. I totally understand that a lot of orders can come in and chaos ensues. But if you stop responding to client messages, it will create the worst possible advertisement.

I have no problem with the quality of the products and brands you sell and they are perfect. Just try to communicate better with customers, you have a huge business and therefore more responsibility.

"Guter Shop - Aber verwirrendes Konzept „Auf Lager“ "

1. Hose bestellt welche anscheinend lagernd war. 2 Tage später die email bekommen das sie doch nicht lagernd ist und nachbestellt werden muss. 2 Tage später wurde sie dann doch schon zu mir geliefert. Am Weg zu mir ist dann leider das Papiersackerl bei der Post aufgerissen und liegt seitdem bei der Post wegen „Beschädigung“. - beim Kundenservice von Blue Tomato meldet sich leider keiner und bei der Post ebenso wenig.

2. am 08.01 ein Snowboard bestellt welches auf Lager war - 2 Tage später die Email bekommen das es doch nicht lagernd ist und nachbestellt wird.
Wollte dieses Wochenende zum ersten mal Snowboarden und daraus wird jetzt nichts mehr schätze ich.

Grundsätzlich ein toller Shop aber Kundensevice meldet sich nicht (chat auf website/ whatspp)
Und die „auf Lager“ Masche frustriert am Ende einfach nur.

EDIT: Snowboard ist heute angekommen. 👍
Hat trotz Nachbestellung nur insgesamt 7 Tage gedauert - TOP

Die Hose ist bisher weiterhin verschollen.
Habe mir wo anders Ersatz organisiert und falls sie doch noch iwann bei mir eintrifft wird sie wieder retour gehen.

"Terrible customer service, never received package or money back"

We made an order 1.5 months ago for a Christmas present and it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking stopped getting updated, an attempt of delivery was never made at our house, and when discussing with customer service they said they would resend it but I still have no updates. When I left a complaint and asked for compensation, the response was, and I quote: “We have done our Part we have Prepared and Processed your Order and have Shipped it out so what type of Compensation should you receive if we have done our Part”… “In Order to find out where your Package is you would have to check the Tracking Regularly yourself, if we would offer such a Service we would have to Manually Track Thousends of Orders over the Course of Days.”

A few comments on this:
1) Unprofessional response! Take responsibility for the delivery of your products to your customers and their experience. Offer compensation.
2) Of course we checked our tracking (constantly), and we stopped receiving responses. We never requested Bluetomato to do such a thing.
3) We still have no updates. Will never order here again.

"Buy your stuff somewhere else!"

The Christmas gift I ordered from Blue Tomato had the wrong size. Tried to return it and change it for the right size, but they refused giving all sorts of rubbish excuses. Very bad customer experience. Buy your stuff somewhere else!

"The experience was good"

The experience was good, the delivery was very fast.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the packing for snowboard.

Hi Team, when i got the package the box was a bit damaged. The board was wrapped with a U shaped cardboard on the nose and tail, if there was bubble wrap for the body as well then it would be perfect.
The board had some minor dents on the body, but you have to look closely to find it so its all good.
