I had a problem for which I contacted Houseoftents by email on Wednesday evening and I recieved a responce the next morning.
They helped me beyond my expectations. Were very friendly and I am very pleased.

Contacted House of tents last evening.Whilst putting up our marquee last night a sudden gust of wind lifted it up and a leg got bent.This morning received a phone call to say that they were sending me a replacement asap.What service.The tent is so good for large family/friend gatherings ,could not wish for better service

Easier and quicker to build than I thought the bolt together style poles would be, which provides a really strong structure. If you’re going to get one would really recommend getting one of these rather than the click together style poles.

5* Purchased a 10mx5m tent for a party and it was brilliant! Easy to put up and take down and perfect for our garden. We even let family members use it!! Sadly one pole got damaged. Rang customer service who were super helpful and sent out a replacement immediately! Excellent product and excellent customer service!!
