They sell bags to store their marquees in, which are too small, and then fob you off with disingenuous answers when you ask for help. Avoid.

Excellent product, good service and help.
Delivery company managed to break 5 out of 7 boxes but the backup from house of tents was outstanding.

When I opened the boxes, all the bolts were missing and several other parts. The assembly instructions were also missing. I contacted the office and I was told to buy them locally and to send in the invoice. The other parts I had to wait for them to come from Germany. These only came on Monday afternoon the 30th of September. I lost several weeks waiting to get these parts and now the weather has changed. I could have had this garage finished and my vintage car could have been safe in the dry. I only hope that there is no damage done as it is outside covered by a sheet.
