This was a great service , we needed a new roof for our gazebo- bought 5 years ago . Polite and very efficient. The ‘out of stock’ item was found and delivered quickly.

The marquee was delivered with pieces missing which we reported by phone as soon as we realised, nobody got back to us initially meaning we were unable to use the marquee for our wedding as planned! Eventually when we made contact via email we were told we would have to wait several weeks for the replacement parts and that we reported the missing parts too late to receive a refund! We actually reported it well within the 30 day period but no one got back to us !

"Poor courier service damage gazebo "

I ordered a gazebo from you for a family gathering but only half the order turned up.It took nearly two weeks to get the rest of the order only to find out 2 parts were damaged inside the box.By the time the damaged parts were replaced the weather had turned with high winds and rain so now it will have to be stored until next year.I just hope nothing else is damaged because until it is built we will not know.I recommend you get a new courier for your deliveries because this company is responsible for all your problems with damaged goods.
