There was a problem over delivery over which the firm had no control.

However when I rang up and spoke to the sales team in Germany they could noy have been helpful and arranged a missing box to be delivered post haste.

Quickly replaced a lost piece without any fuss

"premium 12m x 6m marquee"

Ordered a premium 12m x 6m marquee, arrive in good time before the event it was needed for.
After arrival and on the of the marquee being erected we found two poles which had been flattened, this didn’t prevent the marquee being erected.
I made one phone call to the company and without issue, the parts were ordered and currently being shipped to me.

I didn’t think this simplistic approach to customer satisfaction existed anymore, but it clearly does.

Delivery
The gazebo arrived in 4 large boxes. Delivery was very quick following placing our order. We ordered the 3m x 4m size
Once the boxes were opened, it was clear that the components were well packed and protected inside. The boxes are heavy though as expected.
Assembly:
The instructions are very clear, a collection of diagrams set out in the order that construction should take place, the product is from Germany so that language appears first in the booklet as expected, with the English written version very clear and easy to follow.
The components are well made and make construction easy with their precise fit, all bear a number sticker that peels off without leaving a mark when required and makes it easy to identify each part. The basic construction tools are supplied, two 10mm pressed steel spanners which will enable you to complete the job but I found that a 10mm socket made construction a bit quicker.
Overall, the construction was easy, having followed the step by step diagrams. It can be assembled on your own but much easier for two people to build.
You’ll need a stepladder to complete the roof sections, but all the bolts there are within easy reach and come with a plastic washer and nut cap giving them some protection against the weather.
Construction time took a little longer than estimated as I assembled it mostly on my own but a team will put this up quicker
When built, the gazebo is very sturdy and looks great.
We are very pleased with this product and recommend it highly.
