Ma carte de crédit Gold toutes options à été refusé pour l'empreinte de la caution, car soit disant dans la base informatique il est stipulé qu'elle est uniquement une carte de " Débit " et non pas de "crédit ".
C'est une carte visa Gold avec toutes les options et il est même inscrit la mention "carte de crédit" à l'avant de celle-ci.
Resultat, obligé de payer un supplément de 260 euros sinon pas de véhicule.
Nous avons été très écœuré de cette pratique et attendons un retour de la part de AVIA.

Very friendly and hassle free collection and hand over to.
Definitely use them again if we fly there.

I had a reservation pre-paid for 1 way.
When I collected, they told me to provide the voucher, which they never sent to begin with. Then they proceeded to charge me with €125 one way fee, I did present the email I got showing I have already paid as the contract stated fully paid, and drop off in different location. They said, since i did not have the voucher (which they did not send) I could not prove this, even if my email was very clear, I paid for 1 way.
They charge me a further €125 as I was going to cross the border during my trip (returning in the same country), yet that was not mentioned anywhere in my reservation, yet, they said, if I read the voucher (which they never send) I would have known.
Have I had received this voucher and known this cost, I would have cancelled my reservation and shop for another rental car company. Those cost were never mentioned before, and my contract email was very clear that everything was included except for the extra driver, which I was happy to pay as I had accounted for.
Of course, they completely ignored my email, as it was not "the voucher". I have raised a complaint and want my money back as this is totally unacceptable. And of course, I could not not pay, as I would not be given the car... Total rip off.
