"Voiture de correspondant pas vraiment à la catégorie et franchise exhorbitante"

Positif : rapide pour récupérer et rendre la voiture,
Négatif :
- voiture petite (peugeot 2008) alors que j'avais réservé dans la catégorie SUV et que les photos correspondaient à une taille au dessus (difficile de mettre 3 valises dans le coffre)
- franchise de 1700 € qui permet à l'employé qui vous remet la voiture de vous mettre la pression pour prendre une assurance à 500 € alors que la location est de 700 €. Ce ne sont pas des méthodes commerciales très élégantes

Llegamos tarde a recoger nuestro vehículo después de que el vuelo se retrasase por razones ajenas a nosotros (llegando al mostrador a la 13 , esperamos más de 25 min a ser atendidos ya que había otros clientes delante) y nos cobraron un suplemento de 360€, aunque la reserva estaba confirmada y habíamos pagado un adelanto.
No nos dieron alternativas y el trato recibido por el trabajador del aeropuerto fue poco amable.
Vuestra política de solo dejar una hora de cortesía es ridícula y no avisar es imposible, si voy en un avión no puedo llamar durante el vuelo. Sin duda no recomendare y no volveré alquilar un coche con vosotros. Habéis ganado 360€ más, pero la profesionalidad y el trato humano de la empresa es deleznable.

Agence de location à F U I R évidemment. Prix réservé : 350€, pris payé en caisse 790€. Je vous évite les histoires d’assurances/garanties de dernière minute, les cartes de crédit (OBLIGATOIRE) dont je suis à peu près certains que 95% des français ne possèdent pas 😂, l’amabilité d’une huître du commerciale et j’en passe. Je ne m’attendais à rien et j’ai quand même été déçu. Bon séjour en Croatie à vous. 🇭🇷 🥲

Really helpful and we were lucky enough that we had our car upgraded free of charge .
My only negative points was if we went across to one of the islands . We would have to pay extra and you don’t open till 8am and we were flying at 10 . Which was ok but if we wanted to drop the car off early , we would be charged .
Other than that . Really lovely people and really helpful .

I didn't realize that I rented the car through a 3rd party which ended up costing me more money in the end. I was attracted to the car rental deal because of the initial low price. Our flight from MUC to DBV was delayed due to an Environmental protest in Germany. When we arrived 3 hours past our pick up time, I was charged 40 euros extra for being late and not contacting Avia. This was the start of trip. Upon returning the car, I was charged 80 euros for returning it out of hours.(6:20 am flight). Needless to say, I will rent directly from a rental car company next time and stick to an American company like Hertz.

Queues were short. Checkout was efficient, with an email of existing small dings / scratches etc. Car was clean and as expected. Checking back in was straightforward, with no quibbles.
