Quick check in, car was clean, and very easy return!

Not the Ford Puma I rented, but more than suitable replacement (Fiat 500x).

Would definitely rent from Avia again.

I liked the price, just that. I did not like the car, even though I knew I got the cheapest price, the did not even have bluetooth connection.

Also, they tried to sell me an insurance that I did not need... Not the best experience at all ñ

When I arrived at the airport, I had already made a reservation with another company. I was a little bit lost and someone from Avia gave us directions and said if we had any issues, please come back and chat with him. We definitely had issues so we came back and the Avia representative helped me to find exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with the service and how he went out of his way to help me figure out what I needed for my trip.

"Unexpected fine to pay"

We were by accident 2 hrs too late for delicery of the car ( because our flight was postponed with the same delay) and had too pay a fine of €80. Because the car wasn’t reserved for someone else there was no impact, still we had to pay the fine. The assistant was very kind and would have helped us but couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t possible to cancel it in the it system.

"RAS aéroport Dubrovnik "

Voiture réservée à l'aéroport de Dubrovnik. Pas de surprise, des assurances à souscrire pour le ferry et le passage des frontières hors EU comme indiqué dans le contrat, CB débit différé comme indiqué dans le contrat. Tout était OK au retour, seul bemol, aucun document m'indiquant que l'annulation de la caution ou que le retour était conforme. Bonne expérience.

"Abzocke wegen Flugverspätung"

Leider war unser Flug verspätet. Als wir das Fahrzeug dann abholen wollten sagte man uns die Reservierung sei gelöscht und hat auf einen Punkt in den Vertragsbedingungen hingewiesen wo das geschrieben stand. Wir konnten die Buchung für eine zusätzliche Gebühr von EUR 35.- reaktivieren.

Reine Abzocke!

Bei Anmietung am Flughafen sollte man bei Flugverspätungen schon kulant sein.
