Only given 1 star as unable to give zero, delivery due between 4 an 7 driver rang at 8pm to say would be here within 30 minutes , driver arrived jumped out of his van took a photo an drove straight off didnt even knock !!!!

Delivery driver was so friendly & helpful. Took his shoes off without being asked - always a bonus. Timing wasn’t as they said but it was never a guarantee. Happy

Poor communication, delivery slot finally arranged between 4pm and 7pm. Nothing by 8:30pm then got a text to say would be with us shortly. At 9pm I text for an ETA - 40 mins. After an hour I text for another update. They eventually arrived at 10:30pm! Just hope the wardrobe I’ve ordered is ok - was too late to unpack it by the time it was delivered.
Edit - unpacked wardrobe a few days later and it was severely damaged! Refund now given. Company told us they won’t collect but to use or dispose of ourselves…

After all the issues we have had, spoke to lovely guy in the office called Rakesh who personally delivered our order all together in his car, so yes there were problems but finally resolved because of one person in the company so thanks

Flat pack wardrobe delivered on time, with a call 10 minutes before arrival. All 3 boxes were carried into my home for me. Nothing damaged or broken. Happy customer.

Where do i start from ooh well it started from when i ordered a dining set from ESMEFURNISHINGS.CO.UK, on 13/10/22 at first the site looked genuine, on looking back now they do not have a contact number to reach them, you can only reach them via email. I'm hoping its not a scam page, next it took more than a week to dispatched an item that was supposedly available and ready to be dispatched and me sending them emails to remind them of my order,
24/10/22 received an email from GP logistics that they will be contacting in the next 3-7 days to arrange delivery,
27/10/22 got an email saying thy will delivery on 28/10/22 with a time slot of 07.00 to 21.00. I waited all day but no show instead i got an email at 18.00 that they are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances.
I emailed the company I bought the item from they apologised and promise to chase it up,
31/10/22 I phoned GP logistics they apologised and said they didn't have the complete item that's why they didn't deliver that they are picking up the other items today and the will deliver on 1/11/22 btw 18.00 to 21.00, out of hours time when you are unable to reach customer services. got an email 16.00 that vehicle is currently been repaired they would try and deliver if not they will deliver on the 2/11.
18.00 of 1/11/22 I got an email saying good news we will deliver your item on 2/11
today is 2/11 yet they didn't show up. I have ran out of patience, I'm calling my bank tomorrow to see what they can do about this issues.

I would like to personally send my thanks to the delivery men today who worked very hard to delivery and make our bed, my husband is disabled and was at home alone through the delivery . They had some troubles getting the head board in as was so large but they didn�t give up and managed to do it in the end. Please send in my gratitude to them and the amazing job they did today. Many thanks

multiple rescheduling dates, poor communication. i've been trying to arrange delivery for 4 months called the company gave my availability then delivery was set for different time anyway. then to receive door bell on sunday. feel sorry for delivery drivers as lift did not work (if they communicated earlier, this would be pushed for later time)

"Terrible customer experience"
Gp logistics emailed to set up the delivery, then they emailed to cancel and create another date, then they repeated the same process again. Eventually the agreed to deliver between 7.00 and 10.00 the following day. They didn't arrive. After several phone calls, which were disconnected each time, we spoke directly to the company we had purchased from. They assured us that the product would be delivered same day. Eventually at 21.30 on a Friday night the delivery arrived. I really feel sorry for the drivers, this company is not a good employer.
