"Worse delivery service ever"

Worse delivery service ever, first delivery date was cancelled then following several emails got another delivery date a week later promised for 12 to 2pm, delivery finally came at 7.30pm. Utterly disgusted with this company

"Very poor courier service"

Have cancelled an order with a furniture supplier because of this couriers service. They failed to deliver twice, the second time actually ringing to say they would be here in an hour and they never turned up. They do not answer phone or emails. Avoid like the plague

"Kept informed via tracking service and…"

Kept informed via tracking service and e Mail as to when my parcels would be delivered. Received a phone call when they were approximately 30 minutes away and arrived on time. Very courteous delivery man and he carried the very heavy items into my home and left them where requested.

"No Complaints"

Advised would deliver packages on Mon 9/10 but altered to Tues10/10. Arrived in allotted 3 hour time slot, and very polite and courteous. As the packages were very heavy they asked me where I wanted them and moved them without complaint.
Have deducted 1* for change of delivery day.

They are very unprofessional.
At first attempt they gave me a call saying they will be there. I have not been previously informed about the delivery date. At second attempt they scheduled it in between 4-7 pm and call me around 21:30 saying that they will be there in 10-15 minutes!
At third attempt they scheduled it again for Monday and 1 hours before the time of delivery they sent me another text message about they rescheduled it for Wednesday.
Do not waste your valuable time with them. There are plenty of them doing these business much much better!!!

"Absolutely terrible service I ordered…"

Absolutely terrible service I ordered -3 piece furniture set delivered and didn’t deliver the main wardrobe, called and explained they said new delivery will come between the hours of 18.00-20.00 to be told someone called me at 11pm (which wasn’t true) and now I’m still awaiting for delivery

"Dissatisfied"

The product was supposed to arrive on Saturday between 08:00 and 11:00. We cancelled plans and waited only to receive at 11:00 sms that unfortunately they have to postpone the delivery to Sunday. On Sunday they delivered the pack but then the driver apologies that they forgot the 2nd pack… until now no one contact me to confirm a new delivery. Very dissatisfaction.

"Shocking company"

When you email you get a generic “we will contact you in 48 hours” this never happens. The delivery was hours late and I tried on numerous occasions to phone as well as leaving a voicemail and again no reply. The delivery drivers never phoned on the day of my delivery to keep me up to date, no apology, couldn’t care less attitude. Shocking company with practically no customer service.
