Bought the meridian u shape sofa bed in Alaska black, absolutely stunning sofa the best one we’ve had yet! So practical with the storage and the sofa bed is ideal for movie nights with the kids. So happy with it! Came within a week, great communication was kept up to date with delivery and the delivery men were lovely. 2nd sofa from here and will definitely be back again 😃 Thankyou

I brought a corner recliner sofa and it's great it good quality, comfortable and looks amazing. It's not as expensive as some similar ones out there too and it can fit 5 big adults, perfect for our family now everyone can sit together. It was simple to put together though you definitely need to able people to do so. The delivery guys were really helpful and nice they carried it up to our flat no extra cost so if you live upstairs no worries just let them know in advance.

Was a little apprehensive about purchasing a sofa online. After seeing several ads on Instagram for the Meridian U shape corner sofa bed, it was everything that I wanted. Having given up my bedroom to give each of my children with additional needs their own room, I needed something with storage to hide my bedding away, durable, without compromising style and importantly - affordable! I bit the bullet and ordered the sofa in Black Alaska Chenille - it’s perfect! Fast delivery, really helpful delivery drivers who had a little job getting it through the front door but managed with extra effort. Put together easily myself. The children love family movie nights, it’s stylish and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Sofa would be good if it didn’t arrive broken. Arrived on a Friday at 4, once I noticed it was damaged I went to call Furniture Direct. They close at 4 on a Friday. Checked their website and they said they were open at 10 on Saturdays. I called up Saturday and spoke to someone who rather abruptly told me to call on the Monday as they’re not actually open on a Saturday. So that wasn’t helpful. Called again Monday and someone who was helpful said she’d sort it. They had to check stock levels which took them until the Thursday! To which I was told a replacement part was being immediately despatched and I will get a confirmation email shortly. No email arrived so I had to call them 3 times the following Monday to be able to speak to someone about this. (The first 2 calls I was told the person who could help me was busy. How can no one else help in this situation?) once I finally spoke to the lady in question I was told they infact don’t have the replacement part and I need to wait a further week before I can find out when the replacement part will be sent out. So after what will be 3 weeks with a broken sofa I may hopefully find out when the replacement part will be despatched. Having an autistic son who is constantly trying to access the broken part is proving to be very difficult. All I’ve had from them is an apology which is far from acceptable in my opinion. Overall the communication has been very poor and although the sofa is good (the non broken parts) I wouldn’t recommend this company as the communication is poor and some of the people I have spoken to have been rather rude. One lady has been polite but this is not enough when it will probably be a month with a broken sofa.
