If i can do 0 stars i would! i mean the worst service ever. the way they hound you to pay them and buy from them is so consistent and then when youre a subscriber and paid lots of money for a FAILED Product service they ghost you. you are not their problem anymore they already have your money. Also i have gotten severe gum receding with byte aligners and plan to take further actio on this company! now they sent out a contract for anyone that subscribed to sign so they can cover themselves up and not reply to any emails with concerns! ridiculous !! do not recommend!!! go to Invisalign.

"SCAM"
SCAM, they will try every way to not send the rest of your aligners. Their online presence recently stopped which is another sign that they took people's money and closed the business or whatever. Be aware of this kind of online scammers. I guess it's a new way to steal. I feel sorry for them, really.

"Complete scam"
Complete scam. Took my money for the impressions and then told me I wasn’t going to be given the retainers and refused to give me a refund even though I was told I was getting one. I continue to contact them and I am being ignored.

"Avoid - Shady and terrible service"
Terrible service. Aligners arrived October 16th and only weeks later on November 6th, received safety notice of issues with product and advised to discard items but Byte team does not response to messages and had not provided refund. Raise dispute to credit card company and BBB.

Extremely slow to respond, poor fit and sharp edges on aligners, incomplete alignment I felt like I need additional aligners and I cannot get any support.

"Completely Unsatisfied "
I completed the impression kit. It was supposed to have been scheduled for a pick up. USPS didn't pick it up on the first day so I left it in the mailbox for it to be picked up the second day. It wasn't picked up. On the third day, I received an email from USPS that they had picked it up. I went to my mailbox, they hadn't picked it up, so I hand delivered it to the post office. The next thing I heard from byte was that the company was not making liners of any kind due to some kind of issue...

"The worst aligners ever"
The worst aligners ever! I have had nothing but issues. The customers service wants you sign contracts constantly and not help you with sending new aligners because the ones you have don’t fit! I can’t believe how bad this experience has been and no one will seem to help!

"Having a really hard time with this…"
Having a really hard time with this company. The aligners they gave me, gave me bucked teeth and they keep sending me new kits to make a new impressions and denying that any of them are usable. I've sent in about 4-5 new impressions (which are tedious to do) and they say none of them are acceptable. This has been going on for over a year now and I can't bring myself to make another impression. It's like they're pranking me at this point. I tried reaching out to them again and they said it might be a Dental issue and have no dental problems at all. I really want a refund. This has been stressing me out for over a year. It's not worth it.
