"Coat effective enamel plate"
Ordered an enamel plate from Rinkit, as great value. Item promptly arrived within one working day.
The enamel plate had a couple of chips to the rim. Informed their customer service team, who reassured a replacement would be sent, and to not worry about sending the defective plate back.
Would certainly consider purchasing goods from Rinkit in the future, given they are more cost effective than the larger brands, like John Lewis and Dunelm, for similar items.

"Excellent customer service…"
I recently ordered 3 glass chopping boards. Delivered next day. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged and open. One of the 3 items was damaged but not sufficiently to warrant return. I emailed customer services to advise on poor packaging to prevent the same thing happen in again. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted with a few hours to say a replacement was on its way. This company seem to have excellent customer service and I would highly recommend and will certainly use again.

"Great customer service"
I ordered glasses and plates from Rinkit for a dinner party I was hosting. Unfortunately, some of the items arrived broken, which I understand, can happen with fragile goods during transit. However, I was incredibly impressed with Rinkit’s customer service team. They were prompt in responding to my concerns and very helpful throughout the process. Replacements were sent quickly, ensuring I had everything I needed for my event.
I’m very happy with Rinkit’s service and will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommend!

"Amazing customer service "
I ordered a set of 6 champagne glasses. One of them was broken. I have sent an email and got a response in 10 minutes ! They sent a new one and it was delivered the next day. Mistakes happens and that's fine, but very rarely you get such a great customer service. Thank you. I will definitely buy something from you again.

"Dreadful"
Dreadful. Broken item. Asked for refund as it was for Christmas and sending something new would be too late. They (mysteriously) said they *had* to send a new one and I was then to refuse delivery to get the refund.
The new item has yet to arrive and they are now changing the story.
Not sure this is actually more than someone dodgy selling out of their shed.
Avoid.
Addition: In reply to the comment below. As above, this ‘replacement’ never materialised and then you tried to wriggle out of refunding me. Until I made a fuss. Not a good way to treat customers. We should’nt have to send multiple emails just to get what is due to us.

"Broken Glasses"
I ordered 6 new glasses for our Xmas dinner.
Everi delivered our parcel 2 days before Xmas day, unfortunately 3 of the 6 glasses arrived broken into many pieces. A quick e mail to Rinkit and a reply within 5 minutes from Nadine and by 1pm next day 3 replacement glasses arrived. Looked great on the table at Xmas Dinner. Great service, just need to review the internal packaging given the way they get thrown about by the couriers.

"Terrible experience customer service "
Did not receive next day delivery had to chase company as instructed but courier to do made contact replacement parcel was sent and received 3 days later but
Insufficient proper packaging meant that all items smashed on arrival and had to be taken back by courier company who asked me to check as many people have this issue made contact again and was told another replacement and refund would be sent for the inconvenience and then was emailed the next day to say sorry and ignore their previous email extremely poor customer service and had taken 2 weeks to just get a sorry and refund that I never asked for just felt like they couldn’t be bothered to fulfil the order properly

Ordered 12 glasses & they arrived next day, on New Year's Eve, which was very impressive! Unfortunately one glass was damaged but an email to Rinkit got an immediate response & a replacement is being sent. Very satisfied with the purchase.
