I ordered some port glasses for Christmas. They arrived the next day and packaged well. No breakages and the glasses were perfect. This is my first time buying from this company and I'll definitely be back. They do what they say they will do and that's a great quality in a company these days when so many larger stores are still using Covid as an excuse for shoddy customer service. Thank you.

I purchased 6 airtight jars, one arrived damaged. I emailed Rinkit immediately, they responded within minutes and confirmed they would send out a replacement. I received this the following day. I have been really impressed with their service.

On item unfortunately arrived damaged which I reported immediately along with supporting photographs and within 15 minutes I received a reply advising a replacement was being issued immediately. This is the first time I have used this company and I will definately use again. :)
