Gutted they were let down by 3 parties

"Lattice fence panels "

Needed some fence panels for my garden and did an extensive search for them, there's plenty to choose from, I chose Garden Oasis because price was reasonable and quality looked good, they are made by Forest Garden, they were delivered as assured on the 22/10/24 by Stephanie and Chris who couldn't do enough for me, placed them were I wanted and even covered them up for me, lovely people, I've checked the quality and condition and couldn't be more happier, extremely well made and strong, well done to all concerned, I shall keep you in my diary for the future, thank you, Anthony P

I had a query after delivery and customer services liaised with the factory, offered alternative solutions and resolved the small problem extremely quickly and within my timeframe.

"Pretty hopeless so far"

Ordered a planter with wheels. Took about 9 days, which was about expected. They didn't send the wheels. They said they would dispatch them immediately. However, it is now 11 further days and I still haven't received them. I contact them and they say that you have to go to the back of the queue!!! Bonkers. Clearly my order was in a queue, they made a mistake and then treat me like a new order saying it would be unfair to dispatch ahead of others. Terrible logic and very unimpressed. Plants struggling without the planter and they are making no clear effort to resolve their mess. The wait continues without much hope....
