I purchased the Vogue 8kg Condenser Dryer and couldn’t be happier. Ordering online was easy, it was far cheaper than other brands and I got free delivery. I didn’t have to wait too long to receive it, the order was processed very quickly and I was given up to date notifications of the process. The dryer works very well and looks really nice. Lots of settings to choose from and my clothes dry in one cycle. Thanks Trade Depot - very happy customer here!

"After repeated emails requesting action…"
After repeated emails requesting action on the refund I was told we were getting still no word/answer/action performed by Trade Depot. We have given them until end of this week and if no contact made I will be taking Trade Depot to the Disputes Tribunal. The initial purchase was made in November. Received part of the order then nothing. Travelled from Northland to their shop and returned one part. That was over a month ago.

Bought a shower cubical off them. After a week of emails saying they were going to deliver it the next day and then one saying they tried but failed when we were actually home the whole time, I gave up and went and hired a trailer and picked it up myself. Net cost to me - extra plumber charges because he had to come back again $400 and cost of picking up myself $50. Better to just work with a company with a customer focussed culture and pay slightly more. Won't shop here again.

The only good thing was cancelling my order and getting my refund after waiting 3.5 wks plus and still no delivery .Tryed for days to get hold of these guys by text ,email ,phone which just keeping saying ring bak in an hr and then hanging up,finally did a message through Facebook and got a response a while later.Still another wk for delivery at least which I wasn't gunna rely on after what they say was a failed delivery but we were home waiting so that was not the case.This is place I will never go.bak to and never recommend.

I ordered a washing machine on 20th April - after ordering no update about shipping or nything. After 10 days i contacted them - that was after millions helpdesk calls and live chats. They said the item is out of stock and I will have to wait till it is back in stock. I asked for a different machine to be delivered they said yes - but still nothing. Again going on helpdesk calls daily for 2-3 hours. I think they have only one guy attending the helpdesk calls. Really pathetic company - will never order anything from them. I just need a washing machine or my refund. Look at the reviews below - i highly doubt they will refund my money so pushing forgetting me a different washing machine soon. I m now down to praying to get my washing machine.

I would never buy or recommend anyone to do click and collect. I house a drill bit in March still haven't received pick up email. Request refund still nothing. Waste of time. Phone have long waiting...no 0800 number and use my mobile and unnecessary charge on my mobile. Worst experience.

Worst experience I have ever had as a customer! I have worked I retail/Trade for over 20 years and have never or will ever treat my customers the way Trade depot auckland operate.
Ordered a fridge on Wednesday got a txt on Thursday to say it will be delivered Friday....No one showed up waited all day no communication to say there was a delay. I emailed asking what happened they told me the driver coikfnt find my fridge thats why no body showed up. (Just passing the blame not owning it) kept being told its because of the employers not employing anyone! That's a problem right there.
So she said we will have one on the truck from Hamilton on Sunday. Waited until Tuesday got a phone call from the delivery driver asking do I have the fridge, I said no then he again said it couldn't be found! So again he had to organize one from Hamilton which should have already been done.
So I waited for 3 days there was a txt I recieved at 6.02pm saying it will be delivered in an hour on the Wednesday then another txt at 6.03pm saying the delivery had failed but nobody had shown up again. Tried to call/email....nothing totally no communication at all then all if a sudden got another email with a new order confirmation so had to wait another few days for it to be delivered on the Saturday.
That is why I am writing this review to match all the other bad reviews and to tell everyone that if Trade depot knows they have screwed up then they delete that history by giving you another order confirmation number.
Absolutely appalling service all over. I know it is busy sometimes but your customers are the people who pay your wage. No customers, no sales = no wage. Management needs to take notice of these reviews also and do something about it!
