I cannot fault The Kennel Club Insurance policy and today I had a query about a recent claim and the customer service representative Shane Millar explained it clearly for me to understand.
If you are looking to insure your animals (in my case a dog) I would highly recommend The lifetime policy from The Kennel Club. Claiming is very easy and customer service is outstanding. This is not a paid review but a personal experience of excellent customer service that should be recognised.
