Up until now Kennel Club have been excellent every time I have made a claim.
This time I was charged twice for the same condition in one insurance period.
I contacted my veterinary practice and was told they would sort out the problem. Apparently, I am not the first customer to report such a problem.
I hope Kennel Club can sort this out and resume their previous excellent service.
