The service given by this company was very good. Ordering and delivery was as it should be. When we discovered that the vacuum power of the model we had chosen, HY2194, was not up to expectation the Genpower employee, Kieran, was not only extremely efficient but also very amiable.

"Appalling delay in getting a replacement battery. "

I ordered a replacement battery for my Hyundai lawn mower and after 3 seperate delivery dates from Hyundai, it finally arrived 6 weeks later.
The Customer relations representative, called Solomon, was very polite and kept me informed, but Hyunda's inability to replace a faulty battery was appalling.
The battery itself is a 40v 2.5amp and it doesn't last very long on my small lawn anyway. Whilst I was waiting for my new battery I was having to recharge the defective one (which was less than 2yrs old) 3 times to complete the cut. I believe it would be far better if the battery was a 40v 4amp, but this option does not exist.

I put in a warranty claim after my grass trimmer failed after about a month. Kieran Darragh who handled my claim did I believe handle it professionally and was always polite and they did sent me a replacement. My limited skills on my lap top made it very difficult and a bit of a nightmare to send a video of the issue of the failed one as that was what was asked of me.

Everything has been handled fairly quickly with machine repaired and being returned.

I bought dust extractor and the front two casters were missing. I emailed late Thursday night and had a response from Sanjana first thing Friday morning. Letting me know the parts were on there way. Thank you Sanjana for the quick response.

Ordered a Hyundai HYM560SPE, the mower was delivered very quickly and within the time period. Ordering was easy and arrived exactly as described. The mower was easy to assemble by following the instructions, however some of the smaller parts you need to refer to the main manual to know where and how to fit them. The mower started first time and ran well. There is a little vibration but I expect this to diminish as the mower is run in. Good buy would purchase again.

The online parts list led me to order wrong parts, I returned both parts and only got refunded on one part after repeated contact. The Zendesk system is bad with customer interface. They state easy returns ....not really.
