Never by from genpower customer service is zero ain’t got clue I order Hyundai carpet cleaner/ upholstery never arrived the next day showing it’s been delivered on fedex app contacted both fedex and genpower unable to confirm where item been delivered to then asking me for pic of my property and pic of my self to show courier to verify it’s been delivered to me bunch of clowns on both side . They need to prove that it’s been delivered to me not me showing them pictures of self and property they have fake signature which they are suggesting I signed
