It then lost some of its power, so i contacted Genpower who arranged pick up and delivery of a new item. Shadiya in Customer Services provided an excellent and quick turnaround for me, much appreciated.

Yet another good cordless garden product from Hyundai. I ordered direct from GenPower as other suppliers such as Amazon were no cheaper. This little 20v 4AH chainsaw punches way above its size and has made light work of sections of a large pine tree which came down in my garden. Great value for money. You dont really need a spare battery as by the time it is used up you need a well deserved rest.

Hi it's true I had a call back but resolved this problem myself by they the instructions manual for this rotator make's no mention of fitting the front lifting bar and it's not that easy a task

24 hour delivery was a disaster and the order was received after 1 week. Had it not been for Praveesh in Customer Services who sorted it all out I would have cancelled my order. Why TNT use a FedEx “we could not deliver card” with no reference that they are actually TNT and using the TNT system, telling me to log into FedEx to reorganise delivery is beyond me. FedEx did not recognise the number because it was TNT. Total disaster! Then trying to communicating with Scheppach demanded I set up a customer account but would not let me use the email address they were using to message me stating it did not exist is ridiculous. Only by responding to an email “how was your experience” enabled me to get help.
Thank goodness for Praveesh who supplied the only common sense and useful help. So five stars for Praveesh in customer service but 2 stars for the overall experience.
As for the tool sharpener delivered, that worked great and was excellent value for money.
Change your courier and get five stars.
