My query was handled very speedily and efficiently by Pravesh. He was very clear explaining what I needed to do to have my query dealt with. When I sent the wrong information he immediately helped by sending a photo showing where I needed to look that showed the serial number. All in all I was very impressed. Thank you.

Spent over £2500 on a brand new DHY8000SLER with ATS system, ATS system isnt fit for purpose as im off grid and the generator has had to be fixed once and is currently waiting (3 weeks so far) to be collected for repair again after a huge 49 hours worth of running..... dont touch with a barge pole, questionable vendors selling equipment thats not required and terrible standard of equipment

Received a call from their customer service dept a couple of weeks after purchasing a hedge trimmer to check all was satisfactory and to pass on a warranty reference number should any issues arise in the future. Proactive customer service a real rarity these days so was impressed enough to say so here. Pleased with the hedge trimmer too so all good!
