I read some of the comments on here and it made me think about the purchase I had just made from lightrabbit but typically i didnt check out the reviews till i placed the order - so was in two minds about cancelling really. I rang them on the free phone number and the call was answered by Sarah. When i asked for customer service and to cancel the order she asked my why and so I told her it because I had heard read some reviews and so was thinking about cancelling and buying from somewhere else. Lightraabit had already dispatched the bulbs so Sarah suggested i try them and then if not happy - fill out an RMA (??) and then they would refund me once they got the bulbs back.
So yea, 200 quids worth of bulbs... I fitted one in the kitchen and turned it on - worked brilliant - gu10 fitting and was really bright - the 60 LED 50w equivalent I bought (20 or so) so I fitted the rest - one flickered but now has seemed to stop so all 20 did work and they are really bright.
So yea, all in all a happy experience although i thought about cancelling before Id tried it. I think they do a try before you buy service.

"Slow postage, terrible service, terrible communication. AVOID."
Bought the item, paid for 2-3 day postage, the item took 11 days to arrive. A postage refund was finally offered upon the opening of a paypal dispute, the refund was promised upon closing the case, the case was closed 7 days ago and still no sign of my refund. Liars, terrible communication, terrible service. I will returning the item under DSR. Avoid this company, use somebody you can trust.

Bought some LED E14 candle bulbs and some G9 capsual bulbs really impressed with the style and light out put from these. Very reasonable price compared with other compainies and fast delivery.
I had one faulty bulb and the after sales support i received from Pawel Gajek was amazing very apologetech and replacment bulb sent quickly.

Ive ordered some of the GU10 COB Warm spot lights they have a gorgeous warm creamy glow the absolute best Ive seen!! I have ordered latest gen LED bulbs on and off over the last 2 years just odd ones to try and I have to say the Lightwell 6w COB Warm dimmables were fantastic and ordered a set to complelty replace all of my halogens, I couldnt be happier! I've reccomended to work mates and friends, ill definitly be back for another browse to see what other bulbs I can replace.
Lightrabbit have outdone themselves as I made an incorrect order (I ordered the cool temperature bulbs) and only realised this after receiving the items so immediately popped them back in the post with RMA number and it was all handled with great communication.
Great to see an online company taking care of its customers as if talking to them in person.

"So far, so good"
As with a previous reviewer I had a problem paying for my order in that my credit card would not authorise, however my debit card was accepted. I placed my order on Friday, received an order confirmation invoice on Monday and my order arrived Tuesday, so excellent service. The products were just as ordered, are well made and appear much brighter than the filament lamps they are replacing. Very pleased with Light Rabbit so far, they are the only company selling LED replacements for R80 lamps I have found and I will probably use them again in future for other LED replacements. 19/11/14: Review uprated from 4 to 5 stars after credit card problem was investigated.

"Have previously liked this company, but now feel let down"
I decided to order more gear from LightRabbit based on good service etc. the previous time. However, this time I have been left feeling quite let down.
First of all the website's Secure Checkout failed refusing to even let me enter card details, so I tried the PayPal option, which got delivery and billing addresses mixed up; gave up on that. So I tried the Online Chat for help - no answer.
So I resorted to the Phone Line as advertised on the website, well within the opening hours to get a recorded voice saying there was no-one at home.
I was eventually contacted by the CEO and was persuaded to re-order by phone a couple of days later. The staff were helpful and I was hopeful that everything I had experienced had just been a glitch.
But no, when the order arrived it was sent to the wrong address requiring a 70 mile round trip to retrieve my order.
So this experience has taken a once happy customer right into the pit of despair.
Probably won't be using these guys again as a result.

Have ordered a large number of bulbs from these guys this year as I've worked my way around the house swapping out old inefficient GU10 bulbs for LED replacements. Had a bulb go faulty this morning and contacted Pawel for advice on getting it replaced.
Great service and replacement is now on its way. As someone who runs a customer service team for a living - its great when you come across a company who can take a quick decision to keep a loyal customer happy.

The replacement bulbs arrived next day. Thank you so much for your nearly daily support in keeping me up to speed over the last few weeks and all your technical support.
I cannot fault you. You are at the front end of coping with customers waiting for delivery from your suppliers to you. A hard ask of you to keep things smooth.
My electrician is booked now and I hope to be back to you with the orders for the stairwell once he has advised the fittings I need.

I ordered a quantity of cool white led GU10 Lights for my kitchen,
Installed them without a problem.
A lot better light than Halogen.

"Helpful Customer Service"
I wanted to switch my home lighting to LED Bulbs in order to save money. As knew very little about what was involved I found the customer service team were very helpful. They explained the different types of fittings and what transformers I would need to replace from the normal spots I have.
With my initial order the LEDs were not bright enough, so I sent them back and they were replaced with brighter ones within 10 days. Overall a good experience.
On the downside, returns and exchanges have to mailed back to the UK from Ireland at your own cost!
