Melanie was fantastic at customer services. Generally when there have been problems they have sent out replacements quickly. But overall Buster + Punch a bit hit and miss. The quality isn't quite what was expected; you can't change the blocks on the switches if your circuit is a bit more technical; and they have a no exchange policy even if the unit is not technically able to do what you bought it for! Expensive.

"Incredibly poor quality light switches"

Incredibly poor quality light switch mechanisms. We refurbished our home with B&P light switches and 5 of them have already broken off. The toggle switch base is a thin plastic lever that breaks incredibly easily.

Customer service I received from Elina during the ordering process was excellent. Product arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the items we ordered is superb. I had a slight problem setting up a dimmer switch to work properly with a light fixture. The technical support I received from Max was brilliant. He helped me solve the problem easily and quickly. My overall experience was fabulous.
