"Great quality and good customer service."

I did a massive order for my new house. I already own a couple of light switches from my previous apartment and when I move to my new house, I wanted to be all equipped with Buster and Punch light switches. Even though their equipment is pricy, it gives the house a refine touch that is highly appreciated.

"The metal plat is convex"

The metal plat is convex, which I thought might have been intentional so that it could be screwed into place flat, but it's clearly a manufacturing imperfection and it looks odd on the wall. My second complaint is that the decorative screws and switches come packaged together - the oiled bronze plate would look much better if the screws matched and the only the switches were brass - it's too much unless you're all about the bling.

Really beautiful light switches and sockets. I had an issue with the white screws on the sockets with the paint scratching off during installation - but Melanie immediately helped me out by offering to send brass replacement screws. Fantastic customer service and gorgeous products; thanks B&P!

I’ve been using Buster + Punch now for over 5 years now and have not come across any products out there that even come close to the quality and consistency of their lighting and fixtures. Have been extremely impressed with all their products and continue to fit and recommend them for all my clients. This is a company that stand by their product and I have always had positive dealings with their service and aftercare team. Will continue to use their products. If you want high end fixtures that won’t fail, then stick with Buster and Punch.
