Very dissatisfied. Plastic toggles continue to break off in normal use. Dimmers dont bring fixtures to full brightness and malfunction when out into a three way switch configuration. The toggle switch plastic pieces are clearly defective and should be replaced with metal with a sturdier shank. I would not recommend your product, as dealer really doesn't stand behind your product either.

Had an issue with some of the switches in our house. Was a little irate, and contacted B&P outlining the problems. Within 24hours, they hadn't just replied to my mail; Melanie had made the effort to reach out and call me to wholly understand and resolve the issue, and moreover, continued to remain in contact over the ensuing days to ensure it was resolved to my full satisfaction.
