"Overall a good experience"
Overall a good experience, I was surprised the sales rep did not view the roof on his initial visit. The initial installation date resulted in a no show by the crews, the second date started late in the day and was delayed by a wasps nest, which I treated, the electrical work was completed to a high standard and efficiently, the only issue was in relation to connecting the app to the data logger on the invertor. The 2nd roof installation visit made progress, but required additional personnel ( due to roof type) again starting later in the day, the 3rd roof installation visit the following day with four personnel, resulted in good progress and completion of the installation. Continuous improvement opportunities exist in the planning and scheduling of the installation work, with consideration being given to more complex roof geometry allowing enough time and resources to enable safe and efficient installation, ideally on a single visit. Also improvements In communicating delays and setting customers expectations when the installation activity will be undertaken. We look forward to enjoying the new solar system.

Excellent handling of issues, very organised and helpful when it comes to applying for heat pump grants.
Cons
Their process for suitability is backwards. In my case a sales person assessed suitability and we proceeded with grant applications, heat loss calculations and EPC reports. Everything was thumbs up until the greener energy engineer came by and decided the existing hot water tank was insufficient for a heat pump installation. The alternatives suggested would have cost a lot more money or would have rendered the heat pump useless for more than half the year. Unfortunately at this point I was out of pocket for the heat loss and EPC reports. This was very frustrating given the tank had not changed since day 1.
Advice to greener energy group is have your sales people note the tank/boiler details and run it across a technical desk before deposits are paid and grant applications completed.

Minor fault code on heat pump controls was remedied by following instructions from helpful Greener Energy office staff and service visit immediately arranged. Service Engineer was both professional and helpful when servicing the heat pump installation.
