We saw it on line and there was only one left but they tracked it down and we collected it from your Bundall store. Everyone concerned was so helpful in this process and we just love our new rug as the colour is perfect for our decor. Matches the smaller one of the same pattern. Thank you.

"Delivery Information"
Purchasing the rug from Cyrus Rugs Aust., went well, no problems. The negative was in the delivery information. In the first day or two of waiting for delivery, I received a text message saying along the lines of, "your rug has been delivered. How was your experience?" My rug hadn't been delivered. I worked out that it had arrived at the first place, ready to go on to the next before arriving a week later at our home. Gathering the delivery information also wasn't as easy as other companies.

Lost in transit, arrived damaged, lots of stress but well supported with return (thank you Danica) and replacement rug. I ordered a 3 x 4 metre rug. It's arrived, very soft and beautiful!

The rug pile is soft and natural underfoot and the colour/patern is exactly as shown in the photographs.

Darren at Cyrus Bundaberg is a brilliant sales person. Asked if we needed help, introduced himself, explained where the appropriate sizes were and then just left us to browse. We chose and then Darren along with a team mate, just cracked us up with their banter and assured us we could take it home to see if we liked it and had 7 days to return it with instore credit.
We LOVED it! And the whole experience. 👏👏
