Ordered a mattress on 4th May, payment cleared from back account within seconds, got a email confirming order, then no contact from them whatsoever, a week later, I phoned office to ask when it’s going to be delivered? Girl just said oh yeah it’ll be next week now, one of the delivery guys will phone you to let you know, had a miss call from them on 18th May, phoned back to be told oh the delivery guys were loading the van but because you didn’t answer it’ll have to be tomorrow now, I was at work, so I can’t always answer my phone, and I need more notice than that, so that I can arrange for someone to be home for the delivery, this company don’t seem to realise people work and can’t always answer their phones, and that they’re not just sitting around at home waiting for deliveries, this company really need to work on their communication, they’re quick to take the money, but unprofessional that they make customers wait two weeks without any form of communication.
