"Very poor & unreliable service!"

Very poor service & push backs with promises to install the service and after 50 days of waiting, they cancelled when the installation service provider demanded a charge of £120.00 which I was more than happy to cover. They decide to cancel the service...which may be a good thing given how poorly they managed everything. My advise, avoid...don't waste your time

Fabulous service, we’ve had lit fibre for a couple of years, never had any issues, customer services are, as you’d expect, super helpful and so I’ve upgraded my package and signed up for another 24 months.

"Lit Fibre Fantastic "

Lit Fibre have been a breath of fresh air compared to some of the major competitors. Their router and mash system is brilliant. Highly reliable, they support team are super easy to get hold of and they are local here in the UK. Touch wood - everything has been very reliable so far and the speed has been very impressive. I would definitely recommend this over any of the other big major brands out there simply because they deliver on what they say they are going to do.
