About 10 times my Alexa dropped out yesterday and I had to restart the radio because of poor internet. Just to add insult to injury the company reduced my internet speed whilst putting me into a new contract which I did not agree to. The sooner I move house so I don't have to put up with the stress of this company the better.

Been with Lit Fibre for over 2 years now and had no problems at all. There was an issue a couple of weeks back when some hardware failed somewhere along the line but we were kept informed and the issue was resolved very quickly.
Received an email today regarding my contract expiring soon with options to renew. I phoned and spoke with Iro who was very helpful and offered me the best deal he could if I renewed for another 2 years. As the price is fixed with no in contract rises I was happy to renew for a further 24 months.
Received a confirmation email from Iro within a few minutes with renewal details.
All in all a very easy, pleasant experience and knowing I have a very good deal without the hassle of having to switch supplier.
