Why didn't you explain before that you will be deducting money from my account. Why are you keeping our bank details for? I need my £16.95 back you dectucted without my permission

I initially paid R35 ( South African currency) for a once off cv. Then today they deducted R450( over 20 pounds) out of my account for a subscription I knew nothing about.

How do you keep someone’s banking details on the system and just decide to withdraw money whenever you feel like it!

Demanding full refund and Account Cancelled immediately!!!!!

Asks you to pay a small fee for a CV £2 and leads you into a monthly contract. I hope to hear from them in regards to a refund but I personally wouldn’t be dealing with them after tricking you into a subscription. Companies like that can’t be trusted. I will be dropping daily reviews until refund is giving

Payed for a one time CV back in 2023-forgot I did it upon checking my bank I have been charged 275 pounds , do not use this company it is a disgrace , from the look of things this happens all the time unsure how I will get my money back
