SCAM ALERT!
Cancelled back in Feb 2024, fast forward a year later, STILL CHARGING ME 20+ per month!!! What's more ridiculous is that if I had enrolled in their 'premium' subscription now, it only costs 60 bucks a year!! So now only they fraud charged me, they had charged 4 times the normal subscription amount! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

SCAM!!! My partner made a ONE OFF payment couple of weeks ago. Today he got charged £16.95 by "my perfect cv".
He DIDN'T SUBSCRIBE!
He cannot delete his account.
I wouldn't give the a single star, this is fraud.

Advertised as Free CV builder. They are deceitful. I don't need you to send your generic message as a reply to this review. No one needs your weak rationalising. You are not good at building a user base who loves your product. You could be but you're annoying people during their first interaction with you. Change your mission. Be better.

As expected, you sent the generic and unconvincing message. You are not sorry, you are intentionally misleading people using your website's messaging. When you copy Canva's wording of "Free CV builder" which appears in search results and at the top of your home page, it misleads people that they will be able to build and download a free CV. You don't include any asterisk next to the word "Free" explaining the distinction you now mention in your message.

Canva actually offers this service for free, including downloads. Your generic response is missing the point. You know what you're doing and people can easily see through the nonsense.

It's a scam! Do not trust them! I don't even know how these kind of websites are allowed! They are made to trick people with a very well hidden terms! I'm sorry that I haven't checked trust pilot before I even give my bank details to these scammers!

"Unfair treatment"

I received a call from my bank to say that money had been coming out of my account and going to this company and I had no idea. I must have accidentally subscribed but I did not get any reminder emails about it, which is highly unfair and unprofessional and I am only a student.
I also noticed that the ‘A4’ template is not actually A4 and was much longer and narrower, so the CV I created was a waste of time. I’m using Canva now which is so much better and it’s free!
