Do not use this website.
I paid for the service knowing it was a recurring fee. I downloaded my cv and immediately tried to cancel and it said it didn't recognise my account. Contacted them on chat said they had no record of me using the service. Noticed they were taking payments from my bank. Contacted them again no record of me using the service. I opened a dispute with my bank and they suddenly found my account and refunded me £1.82 instead of the £34 they owe.

Easy & painless process to create a nice looking CV. Plenty of template choices. I used the free assessment service and was given some good advise.
Overall cost of service is fine, ongoing charges, I'm not soo sure about.

First they ask only week amount and without our consent or any subscription they charge very high amount. When i chaeck my account i was shocked. I am telling you guys waste of money and not perfect cv

"I’ve run up to cancel today to be told…"

I’ve run up to cancel today to be told that I didn’t have an account and I said well obviously I do because I’m being charged for every month and I had the ID number by email they asked for the four last digits of my card number then they asked for the first four digits Which obviously I didn’t give. I just want to cancel how hard can this be?
