On the 22/02/2025, perfect CV billed an account that I was not longer using.I asked for a refund and they said that they can only refund $11 out of the $25 that was taken for a monthly subscription.The customer service was bad even after trying to reach out to them for a full refund, they've set a robot to send the same email that they can only refund $11.Perfect CV ,this is unfair,please process a full refund for me asap.I am not even using the account,why would you take my money.

How is this allowed and how is this legal? They dont mention any fees up until you want to save what you created which takes time. After you decided to pay what they are asking for, you will realize that there is no way of deleting your billing information. They just dont give that option. Do you want to delete all of your account? Nope, not an option for that neither :) They tell you to contact their "award winning" customer service... After checking through all their privacy policy you find an option which is only there because they kinda have to, and it says that they will delete the data in 30 days! And it also mentions that they may keep the data anyway for whatever purposes they see fit. This can not be legal.
