"The CV was easier to do"
The CV was easier to do. I don't usually like using phrases, which have been suggested, but I tend to use more words than I need, therefore suggested phrases were good.

"Another scam subscription company"
Another scam subscription company. As with so many other reviews I paid £1.95 to download a cv and suddenly I’ve been taken for £16.95. Nowhere at the time did I see or knowingly sign up for this amount.

"Keep deducting money even after cancelling numerous times!"
Terrible service! I tried cancelling the subscription many months ago yet you still take money out of my account every month! When I discussed with someone they couldn’t even find me on the system even with my bank details so how on earth are you still taking money. Steer clear it’s fraudulent! I’ve lost so much money and even after reporting to my bank you are still taking money from me. Not happy!

"I don’t recall ever subscribing to this…"
I don’t recall ever subscribing to this service, yet they set up a direct debit on my credit card for £16.95 per month. After reviewing the subscription page, I noticed that the pricing details are buried in small text under the third bullet point. The wording “14-day full access” is misleading when it should clearly state “14-day free trial.”
While the SaaS model may work for certain applications, it feels entirely unnecessary for a CV-building service. Most people only need to create their CV once, with minor adjustments over time, making a recurring subscription seem excessive.
The service itself was excellent, and I would have happily recommended it. However, the lack of transparency in their billing practices makes the company feel deceptive and untrustworthy.
