The application is working on a fraud model. I requested for my account be deleted as the resume I made using the platform had the same low rating to improve which I was using it . I requested for the removal of my account and personal info and a refund of my subscription fee as I have the worst experience on the platform.

(Edit: My Complaint was registered and processed resulting in the deletion of my account from the platform which I wanted along with the refund of subscription fee )

I've yet to comment on how successful my updated CV will be, but comparing it to my old one, it does look a lot better. Fingers crossed it will help me get a job. The website is really user-friendly with so many tips and suggestions. It helps you build up YOUR CV without the content looking fake. And at a fraction of the price, it is really nice to know there are websites out there who will help you without costing the earth.

I recently noticed that more than £70 has been taken from my bank account over the past months. I never signed up for a subscription, nor have I used your service beyond the initial trial to create a single CV.
I did not authorize these charges, and I expect an immediate refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be contacting my lawyer to recover my money.
