They gave constructive criticism and not to mention I got my reviewed CV in a day.

I paid for one-time access to create a CV, which was rolled into subscription-based payment. Only used the website once and did 1 CV. Then only noticed 3 months later on my bank account that they kept charging me monthly fees and I wasn't getting any emails with invoices etc to alert me that this was still happening. Only noticed today messaged them but they decided to offer me an 8£ refund, then after saying that I'm gonna leave this review if they don't refund all the money they decided to refund 1 month's payment instead of 3 lol. Avoid, find better places to deal with.

Added after reply, well there's nothing clear about it. I would be at least courteous to email people before you charge them rather than keep repeating you need to cancel if we met your expectations(but if you don't notice we'll just keep charging you forever!!!), you just steal people's money. Who in the world would need months and months of subscription for a CV that u write once? Just plain scam tactics used to rip people off.
