Great tool for building my CV and easy to use at a seemingly nominal fee upfront. However, was later charged for a subscription I was unaware of signing up to!

أنا سعيد بالهاتف والصفقة التي حصلت عليها من الشركة. كنت أريد هاتفًا ذكيًا جيدًا يفي بالمتطلبات الأساسية، وأوصى الموقع بهاتف يفي بجميع المتطلبات. ساعدني التحدث مع فريق الخدمة في الحصول على ما كنت أبحث عنه بالضبط.

السبب الوحيد لعدم منح 5 نجوم هو حقيقة أنني اضطررت إلى المطالبة بشكل منفصل بصفقة استرداد النقود المقدمة، بدلاً من كونها تلقائية، ولم يتم ذكر هذه المعلومات في أي مكان.

Payed for the 14 day access and then cancelled it as I didn’t want to pay for each month however I’m still apparently being charged and I can’t cancel it.Would like a full refund of these months and my subscription cancelled.
