"This company is a scam"
This company is a scam. Do not use under any circumstance. They will take monthly fees of (25, something twice a month even though we tried for mo the to cancel them. Do not even attempt to use them.

" 14 DAY PRODUCT then we don’t contact you at all but take £16.95 out your bank every months and hope you don’t notice “"
Just been scammed. I payed £2.95 for a 14day product.
5 weeks later I check my bank and see a charge for £16.95 come out.
No email to say I have been charged no corresponding emails from the company at all.
If I hadn’t seen my bank I wouldn’t have known. Really bad form from this awful company. YET ANOTHER SCAMMING COMPANY that hide behind there very hidden T&C
The product I bought should have read….

"BE AWARE OF SCAMS!!!"
I don’t recommend any cv making website as they all trap you in a subscription. I was billed £16.95 twice this month despite only signing up for the “one off payment” of £2.95. I made sure to check this time what I was signing up for and was still scammed. I’m pretty sure this is illegal as-well and Ive emailed them to get a refund. Be careful when signing up for these websites.

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE"
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE IT! MONEY SCAM! It forces you into a monthly subscription without even asking you and if you don't realise or forget to cancell it they'll take £16.95 from you! IM SURE AN UNEMPLOYED PERSON LIKE ME WITH NO INCOME CAN AFFORD THAT! NO WARNING NO NOTHING JUSR MOMEY GONE! Thanks alot. I will never ever be using this ever again and will warn everyone against it!
Eddit: When I emailed them asking for a refund they only wanted to give me a partial refund. As soon as I mentioned that what they are doing is illegal in the uk (forcing people into a subscription and not giving a warning that money will be taken off my account) they immediately gave back my £16.95.

2024/12/29 Update (Highlights Only)
On November 12, 2024, I saw an advertisement promoting a trial for only $1.95. However, there was no clear explanation of subscription terms or pricing before checkout. On December 24, 2024, I noticed a $23.95 charge on my credit card. Upon investigation, I found that the company had already charged me on November 26, 2024, but no notification regarding this charge was ever sent.
On December 28, 2024, I contacted customer service to request an explanation of why the subscription terms were not clearly disclosed before checkout. I also included screenshots of 10 other consumers who experienced the same issue, urging the company to improve its process to prevent similar disputes. On December 29, 2024, I received a generic automated reply, refunding only $11.98 of the recent $23.95 charge. So far, the company has not provided a formal response addressing my concerns.
I believe this is not just a refund issue but potentially deceptive business conduct. While the $1.95 trial confirmation email mentions subscription terms, these terms were not clearly disclosed during checkout. Furthermore, notifications for other matters were sent as usual, but there was no notification regarding the $23.95 charge. Some consumers have reported being charged for over three months without their knowledge.
Is this practice even legal? For instance, if I were selling a product and merely included a note in the electronic invoice stating, "If you do not call to cancel by the end of the month, it will be considered a purchase for the following month," without clearly obtaining the customer’s consent at checkout—could such a method be considered legitimate? I believe this goes beyond internal company policies and warrants stricter regulation and oversight.
2025/1/9 Update
I am satisfied with the customer service team's handling of the situation afterward, but I also hope they can further improve their business processes. This is an excellent product, and I don’t want payment disputes to deter potential users. I plan to subscribe again in the Next CV Update.
