On the same hour of subscription I requested to cancel the membership. DECEMBER 4 a amount was deducted from my account ALSO I SENT a complaint with a 2nd cancellation request .today the sane amount deducted. And no one is answering my complaint. I WILL RAISE A CASE AGAINST YOU .4 times they deducted from my account not only 1 time. NOV 5/NOV 12//DEC4//DEC 12.

I rang to cancel on the last day of trial which I forgot to cancel before they took the payment. I didn't use this company but I saw the payment had come out of my bank. I called straight away and asked for refund. The man on the phone told me I wasn't getting any money back and that I should learn to read . He was very rude to me and not professional at all

First I thought making a cv was free, then had to pay about £3 to download and now have had £16.95 taking from me.
I made a cv because I am jobless, no money to my name. And now I've been scammed out of the last £20 I had.
With 4 children to pay for and just before Christmas. Not ideal.
